Eat real -- not processed-- foods (preferrably prepared at home)
Stay away from sodas, artificial sweeteners
and MSG (Yuck!)
Have your meals at the same time every day.
Incorporate movement into your life: include
aerobic work, strength training and stretching.
Get some sunshine and fresh air every day.
Get at least seven hours of sleep every night. Sleep in once a week.
Keep your Nervous System subluxation (interference) -free. Your Nervous System regulates your health and function.
